Dataset related to Estimation of Biological Variability of Inflammatory Biomarkers EDN, suPAR and plasma Calprotectin

The dataset contains results quantitative data from a prospective study involving the estimation of biological variation of eosinophil derived neurotoxin(EDN), soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR) and plasma calprotectin.Research objective: To estimate biological variation for EDN, suPAR and Calprotectin.Data is collected from 20 healthy volunteers. The protocol was approved by The Danish Health Research Ethics Committee.Data collection took place in 2022. Blood was drawn weekly for 8 weeks and analysed in duplicate for EDN, suPAR, CRP and Calprotectin. Blood was drawn into 10 ml BD Vacutainer K2 EDTA-plasma tubes. All samples were stored at room temperature for 40 min and afterwars centrifuged at 2000g for 10 minutes.Full methodology described in the associated article, when published.
