RADIANCE+: sample project for stochastic simulations

The RADIANCE+ project hereby included contains 3 sample profiles contained in a collection. The profiles are modelled after 3 different discord use cases, and contain enough BBCP-related attributes to be interpreted by the BLS simulator of RADIANCE+.
