SKIDA1 transiently sustains MLL::ENL-Expressing hematopoietic progenitors during neonatal stages and promotes B-lineage priming [RNA-Seq]

To assess cell-autonomouse transcriptional responses to MLL::ENL induction at different ages, we performed Peformed bulk RNA-sequencing on cultured cells. Overall design: We sorted Lineage-Sca1+KIT+ progenitors from control or MLL::ENL Tet-On-ME mice, induced MLL::ENL in culture and cultured for 48hrs. We performed RNA-seq at E16, P14, and 8wk.
