Computational Supplement for Preservation-Aware Wavelet-Based Ground-Motion Spectral Matching
收藏资源简介:
Description This dataset provides computational results and supporting materials for the research manuscript entitled "Preservation-Aware Wavelet-Based Ground-Motion Spectral Matching: A Reproducible Metaheuristic Comparison." The study investigates wavelet-based spectral matching of earthquake ground-motion records using four metaheuristic optimization algorithms: Colliding Bodies Optimization (CBO), Enhanced Colliding Bodies Optimization (ECBO), Mouth Brooding Fish (MBF), and a reconstructed hybrid MBF-CBO algorithm. Seven earthquake ground-motion records selected using the Engineering Strong Motion Database and REXELweb were analyzed under a common computational framework. The study uses an eight-level db10 discrete wavelet decomposition and evaluates spectral compatibility alongside the preservation of peak ground acceleration, Arias intensity, and significant duration (D5–95). The computational experiments include 30 independent runs per algorithm under both preservation-aware and spectral-only objective formulations. The supporting materials comprise run-level numerical results, aggregate statistics, statistical comparisons, sensitivity analyses, and computational reconstruction materials, as documented in the accompanying research manuscript. The original implementations of certain legacy optimization algorithms were unavailable; the corresponding methods are explicitly treated as reconstructed implementations rather than exact reproductions. Data availability: The scope of publicly available files and any restrictions on redistribution of original ground-motion records are documented in the deposited archive.
