Identifying synergistic components of botanical fungicide formulations using interpretable graph neural networks

Training and validation datasets for training deep learning models for predicting synergy of botanical formulations and permeation enhancers. Validation dataset includes the predicted values using the final model. A subset of these predictions were then tested through in-vitro experiments. Included code to train and evaluate models through cross validation and predict on validation set.
