Multi-omics of the gut microbial ecosystem in broiler chicken

This project aims to investigate the complex interactions within the gut microbial ecosystem of broiler chickens using a multi-omics approach. By integrating metagenomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics data, we seek to elucidate the dynamic relationships between gut microbiota, host genetics, and metabolic pathways that influence growth, health, and disease resistance in broiler chickens.
