Supplementary Material for: Case report: Donor-derived clonal haematopoiesis after allogeneic stem cell transplantation

The accidental transmission of malignant and non-malignant hematological diseases through allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation has been described. Next-generation sequencing facilitates the detection of a wide range of mutations in suspected myeloid diseases. The transfer of clonal haematopoiesis is not uncommon and raises important medical and ethical considerations. We present two cases of donor-derived clonal haematopoiesis (CHIP) following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. In one case, the establishment of donor-derived CHIP was stabilized by donor-lymphocyte infusions given to counteract declining donor chimerism.
