Here we performed patchseq on islet cells from human donors Overall design: Isolated human islets were dispersed to single cells, and whole cell patch clamp electrophysiology was performed. Following, the cell was sent for scRNA-seq (SmartSeq). XXH12 wells were left empty and A3A11 and V2A11 failed to sequence. Since they were empty fastq files, they have not been uploaded based on GEO's recommendations.
