Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR) is a ligand-activated transcription factor. To understand what genes are controlled by AhR in human monocytes, we performed transcriptomic analysis. Human CD14+ monocytes were cultured in presence of an AhR inhibitor (SR1) or agonist (FICZ) for 6h.
