Piezo2 impedes stemness maintenance of CD8+ T cells by downregulating IL-15 production after radiotherapy, thereby leading to cancer radioresistance. Overall design: WT-MC38 (CRISPR-Ctrl) or Piezo2-KO MC38 (Piezo2-gRNA1) tumor cells were subjected to single fraction of X-ray (30 Gy). 60 hours later, total RNA from samples was extracted using Trizol Reagent following standard protocols and mRNA sequencing was performed.
