Trichophyton indotineae: clinical course, antifungal susceptibility, genomic analysis in 11 patients

Detailed analysis of 11 patients from New York City with dermatophytosis caused by Trichophyton indotineae. Treatment outcomes for each patient were compared to isolate antifungal susceptibility testing results. Relatedness among isolates was determined via whole genome sequencing.
