资源简介:

This repository contains the replication package for the manuscript “From hotspot detection to prevention targeting: A dependable GeoAI workflow for community-scale crime forecasting in Calgary, Canada.” The study develops a Calgary-centered, API-first GeoAI workflow for dependable hotspot diagnostics and deployment-oriented community-scale crime forecasting using monthly crime data, municipal open data, and OpenStreetMap-derived contextual features. It evaluates hotspot robustness and stability, compares forecasting performance across rolling-origin, temporal-transfer, and spatial-block regimes, and translates the results into prevention-oriented reporting objects including target divergence, policy instability, and residual geography. This Zenodo package is designed to support transparent review, reproducibility, and reuse. It includes the main Calgary pipeline code, processed/cache inputs needed for reproducible reruns, source metadata manifests, cleaned validation tables, figure-ready outputs, main paper tables, supplementary tables, and high-resolution figures used in the manuscript and its supplement. The package is Calgary-centered and does not treat London as a co-equal case study. A separate London supplementary portability package may be archived independently where needed. The package is intended as a replication and inspection archive for the Calgary analyses reported in the manuscript, including hotspot diagnostics, forecasting benchmarks, target replacement analysis, residual-geography diagnostics, and prevention-translation outputs. It is not intended to redistribute all raw third-party downloads where those are better regenerated from documented public sources. Instead, the archive prioritizes reproducible scripts, processed analytical inputs, outputs, and source documentation sufficient to inspect and reproduce the reported Calgary results. This repository also contains the supplementary London portability package associated with the manuscript “From hotspot detection to prevention targeting: A dependable GeoAI workflow for community-scale crime forecasting in Calgary, Canada.” The London materials are provided as a bounded portability probe rather than as a full second case study. The package contains London-related outputs, figures, manifests, and provenance notes used to document the portability check reported in the manuscript’s supplementary context. It is not a full end-to-end London rerun archive and should be interpreted as a supplementary companion to the main Calgary replication package.
