Wind Wave spectra and other data were collected at fixed platforms in the East/West Coast US, South Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, and Great Lakes from July 1, 2000 to July 31, 2000. Data were submitted by the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) using moored buoys.
