We report the development of a novel 3D human induced pluipotent stem cell derived neural-glial coculture model of tauopathy and identify pathways associated with pathogenesis by 10X 3' V3 single cell RNA sequencing. Overall design: 3D human induced pluripotent stem cell derived neurons exposed to oligomeric tau and glial cells were co-cultured with and without PU-H71 drug treatment. 10X 3' V3 single-cell RNA sequencing was performed at 1, 2, and 3 week timepoints.
