Hyperthermia has shown unique advantages in tumor treatment as an anti-cancer treatment method, which combined with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy reduces the side effects. However, its specific mechanism is unknown. The CNE2 cells were divided into two groups, the control group and the hyperthermia group. The hyperthermia group cells were treated in a hot water bath at 43 degrees for 30 minutes, and samples were collected 24 hours later.
