Additional file 2: Table 1. This table contains the differentially expressed (DE) genes between fixed and fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), considering all cell populations. The differential expression analysis was performed using Seurat MAST, and genes with an FDR adjusted p-value < 0.05 and present in at least 10% of cells were considered DE (see Methods). Genes with positive Log2FC indicate higher expression in fixed PBMCs, while those with negative Log2FC are DE in fresh PBMCs.
