Dilemma 2025 Exercise Archive: Transcripts and Scenario Materials from a Hybrid Warfare Simulation

Complete primary-source archive of Dilemma 2025, a hybrid warfare simulation exercise conducted on a dedicated Discord server on 11 October 2025, hosted by Yonsei University (Seoul) with participating teams from universities in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Five fictional player countries were represented by nine teams, each playing a ministry or task force within its government, across four rounds. The archive contains 18 channel transcripts (787 messages), 64 scenario injects, moderator adjudications and exercise records, and 97 supporting media assets. Scenario injects comprise news articles, official statements, intelligence products and social media samples issued during play; team submissions record the overt and covert actions submitted each round; moderator records include per-round resource adjustments and the final resource tally. The archive is anonymised. Every account carries a code giving the team and role under which it played; display names, usernames, numeric identifiers and profile images have been removed, and document metadata cleared. Fictional characters named in scenario documents are the work of the exercise designers and are retained. See README.md for folder structure, the team code table, and citation format.
