Studies of microbial diversity on activated sludge.

(1) The long-term acclimation performance of activated sludge in degrading 2,4,6-TCP with the different addition amount of sucrose;(2) The specific microbial community in relation to degrade 2,4,6-TCP and sucrose have been analysed;(3) The relationship between the addition amount of sucrose, the COD removal efficiency, and the SVI/MLSS;(4) The characteristical of the activated sludge with the different amount of sucrose.
