TgPDI8, potentially interacting with other ER proteins, plays a crucial role infacilitating the formation of disulfide bonds in classical secretory proteins, enablingthem to achieve their native state. To assess the influence of TgPDI8 depletion on thetranscription of secretory proteins and its interacting partners, we conductedRNA-Seq analysis. The RNA samples were collected from PDI8-3FLAG iKD parasitestreated with anhydrotetracycline (ATc) or DMSO for 48 h.
