Table S9. Tumor heterogeneity was inferred using “maftools”, with which we clustered variant allele frequencies (VAF). We also measured the extent of heterogeneity in terms of a numerical value. Mutant-Allele Tumor Heterogeneity (MATH) score is a simple quantitative measure of intra-tumor heterogeneity, which calculates the width of the VAF distribution. (XLSX 86 kb)
