We present the first constraints on Bondi-accreting primordial black holes (PBHs) using Planck 2018, BAO and Pantheon+. For a log-normal mass function, we find a detection of f_PBH = 0.186 ± 0.021 at M_c = 10^17.02+0.06-0.06 kg with width σ = 0.51 ± 0.05. The model improves the fit by Δχ² = -13.2 relative to ΛCDM, 3.0σ preference. It reduces the H_0, A_lens and S_8 tensions to below 1σ and predicts μ=1.87×10^-6, testable by CMB-S4. MCMC convergence is R-1=0.05.
