miRNA of human primary melanocytes under UVB. Homo sapiens

Human primary epidermal melanocytes were irradiated with UVB at doses of 30 or 0mJ/cm2 one time each at a 24hr interval for three consecutive days. Then total cellular RNA was isolated, 50 ng RNA of each samples were used to prepare small RNA libraries by NEBNext1 Multiplex Small RNA Library Prep Set for Illumina. The libraries were sequenced by HiSeq 2500.
