Filamentproduction using DOE here Taguchi Method

This dataset was created when producing PLA filament using a 3devo filament extruder. One dataset is for pure PLA, one for recycled PLA out of crushed and tried old prints.
As DOE method a Taguchi analysis was used. Mittels dieser Analogie konnten bessere Parameter setze gefunden werden als vom Hersteller vorgegeben. However, within the experiment it turned out that by chance a very good parameter set could be found, Run 11, which led to a significantly better quality of the filament. Recycled filament is not yet suitable for high-quality use with this method - further research is necessary.

本数据集在采用3devo挤出机生产PLA丝材的过程中创建。其中一组数据集针对纯PLA，另一组则针对由破碎的旧打印件回收制成的再生PLA。在实验设计优化（Design of Experiments, DOE）方法中，采用了田口分析法。通过此类比，找到了优于制造商预设的参数设置。然而，在实验过程中，偶然发现了一组非常优秀的参数（运行11次），这导致了丝材质量的显著提升。再生丝材尚不适用于该方法进行高质量的应用——进一步的深入研究势在必行。
