资源简介:
The study examined the relationship between self-esteem, self-efficacy, and interoceptive awareness in a sample of 263 women aged 18 to 54 years (mean = 26.00, SD = 6.65), including 153 (58.18%) who practiced pole dance, and a control group (n = 110, 41.82%) that did not practice pole dance. The online-based Google Form comprised the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), and Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness – Version 2 (MAIA-2), to assess self-esteem, self-efficacy, and interoceptive awareness, respectively.
