ControlDataset

The dataset of the control subjects from the study, "High Frequency Cerebral Activation and Inter-hemispheric synchronization following Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) in Brain Rhythms: The State effects". These EDF files contains the 24 channel EEG recording while the subjects listened to music. 5 minutes of baseline recording is done before the intervention. The subjects listened to music while sitting for the first 45 minutes followed by 20 minutes while lying down. This amounts to total 1 hour 10 minutes of recording time. <br>controls_epochs.mat : This file contains the manual curated epochs from the above recordings which were free of movement and hence used in the analysis. It has the timings array of size 10subjects x 4events x 40epochs. The value is the start of the epoch, and each epoch is 4 seconds long. For analysis in the paper, 1st and 4th event were used.<br>ControlMetadata.csv : This contains the age and sex information of the subjects in the study.
