Genome wide mapping of NFI and SMAD2/3 binding in senescence

ChIP-seq of NFI or SMAD2/3 was performed in young-quiescent or senescent BJ fibroblasts Overall design: BJ Fibroblasts were young-quiescent or senescent stages, at which point chromatin was harvested and prepared for ChIP-seq against either NFI or SMAD2/3. Experiments were replicated, and, in each case, senescent and young cells were compared within each replicate.
