306 interviews were conducted in four study sites across Madagascar in 2023 to acquire information on people’s statements about landscape fires. The data resulted in a manuscript titled “ANTI-FIRE STATEMENTS COEXIST WITH MILLIONS OF ANTHROPOGENIC FIRES IN MADAGASCAR” by the same authors of this dataset. Here we publish the dataset and the code necessary to analyze the data in R.
