NSCLC4301_PRISM_datasets

Compressed SpatialData objects (as a zarr store/folder) containing the multiplexed TMA images used in the PRISM manuscript and tutorials. "NSCLC4301_nm.zarr.tar.gz" contains the entire dataset. "nsclc4301_truncated.zarr.tar" is the truncated smaller dataset containing only the top-left cores A-1 and A-2 of the above dataset, and with only 6 channels (DAPI, E-cadherin, Vimentin, Pan-Cytokeratin, CD20, CD4). "tma_label_fake_metadata.csv" is a toy CSV that mimicks a clinical metadata spreadsheet, used to demonstrate how to import clinical metadata into the SpatialData / AnnData objects.
