RIPK1 is a central regulator of cell death and inflammatory signaling, T cell-intrinsic RIPK1 functions in maintaining mucosal homeostasis have only recently been defined. We found T cell-specific Ripk1 deficiency impaired the small intestine homeostasis by driving type 2 immunity in small intestines.
