Replication data and code, anonymized for peer review. This record gathers the public data and the output files needed to reproduce the numerical and empirical results of a manuscript under review. The R script is provided with the submission, not in this record. Data (public sources, redistributed unchanged). ENOE, quarterly microdata, 2024–2025 (enoe2024.part*.rar, enoe2025.part*.rar) and 2017–2021 (enoe2017-2021.part*.rar), National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), Mexico. Only 2024–2025 is used by the main script. Social security administrative records (data imss.part*.rar and ta_entidad_*.xlsx), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS): employment by state, economic division, sex and wage range. Population projections by sex and five-year age group (pobproy_quinq1.rar), National Population Council (CONAPO), Mexico. Data documentation files (data diccionario.part*.rar). Output files. resultados simulacion escenarios.rar (model simulations), salidas_enoe.rar (ENOE estimates) and salidas_b4.rar (IMSS estimates), all in CSV format. How to use. Files named .partNN.rar are volumes of a single archive: download all of them and extract from the first volume with 7-Zip, WinRAR or unrar. The R script downloads and extracts the needed files automatically from this record (descargar_datos <- TRUE). It requires about 8 GB of memory and 10 GB of disk space. Terms of use.
