Zooplankton taxa counts for regular (approximately 12 weekly) sampling at long term monitoring station in Liverpool Bay (position 53° 32.00N; 3 21.361° W).
Samples collected by vertical trawl from approximately 15 m deep with WP2 plankton net – diameter 58 cm, mesh size 200 μm. Samples are preserved in 4% buffered formalin and analysed through microscopy.
