Liver gene expression profile in wild-type mice (p110aLWT) and in mice lacking p110alpha in hepatocyte (p110aLKO) in response to feeding or fasting

Fed and fasted mouse liver from either wild-type (p110aLWT) and ko (p110aLKO) mice were analyzed by microarrays. Twelve-week-old p110αhep+/+(p110aLWT) and p110αhep-/- (p110aLKO) mice were divided into 2 groups. One group was fed ad libitum until sacrifice. One group was fasted for 24h from ZT16 (n=6 mice/genotype/experimental condition). All mice were killed at ZT16.
