pan-cancer using snHH-seq

We integrated droplet microfluidic technology, pre-index strategy, and random primer to establish a new single-nucleus total RNA sequencing platform (snHH-seq) with high-throughput, high-sensitivity, and full-length coverage of total RNA. In this study, we used snHH-seq to construct a single-cell transcriptome database covering major cancers with high morbidity and mortality in China, including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, and esophagus cancer.
