This dataset is associated with the paper titled "Observing the Formation of Two Consecutive Polar Cap Patches Associated with Varying IMF and Polar Cap Potentials," which has been submitted to JGR. It consists of two files. The RAR file includes time-series plots of Total Electron Content (TEC) at MLAT 80, MLT 6-18, and the CPCP index for the period of 2011-2014. The use_data_20140227.mat file contains polar cap potential from SuperDARN and GPS-TEC data specifically for February 27, 2014. These data were wnloaded from the SuperDARN and Madrigal databases.
