资源简介:
This study aimed to investigate the metabolic and transcriptomic changes in patients with Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease (LCPD), a pediatric hip disorder. We collected peripheral blood samples from 36 LCPD patients and 6 healthy controls, followed by RNA sequencing and metabolomic profiling to identify key biomarkers associated with endothelial dysfunction and inflammation. Additionally, we analyzed human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated with LPS, 3-ketoglucose, and sanguinarine to validate potential therapeutic compounds. The data generated provides a comprehensive view of the molecular alterations in LCPD and identifies novel biomarkers for early diagnosis and treatment.
