Long-term changes of Strinati's cave salamanders: dataset and analyses

The dataset "Sstrinatii_dataset.Rdata" includes the detection/non-detection of Strinati's cave salamanders (Speleomantes strinatii) for historical and recent surveys, toghether with values of habitat (natural vegetation cover) around the monitored caves. The file "Sstrinati_occupancy_models.R" is the script used to run the analyses and includes the three types of occupancy models used to assess population trends and potential drivers, that are presented in the manuscript.
