Data for: The Determinants of Green Credit and Its Impact on the Performance of Chinese Banks

We use bank-level data collected from BvD database. Only commercial banks are included in the sample. Green credit data of sample banks is manually collected from banks’ Social responsibility report. The sample consists of 20 banks over 7 years of data, from 2011 to 2017. Some banks have zero cells for data during some years in their financial reports, which creates gaps in the dataset.

本数据集采用从BvD数据库收集的银行级数据。样本仅包含商业银行。样本银行的绿色信贷数据系从各银行的社会责任报告中手工搜集而来。该样本涵盖了2011年至2017年间的20家银行的7年数据。部分银行在某些年度的财务报告中存在零值单元格，导致数据集出现缺失。
