PROBLEM to be solved The reaction material fiber of this invention is an intermediate body in the manufacturing method of a fine cellulose fiber dispersion liquid， and a cationic surfactant adsorb|sucks to it at the fine cellulose fiber of 0.1-3 mmol/g of carboxyl group content. The said cationic surfactant is a 1st - 3rd class|grade amine compound， It is ionically bonding to the carboxyl group of C6-position of the cellulose structural unit in the said fine cellulose fiber.
