Genome-wide occupancy of Acs2 in budding yeast

Here, we performed a ChIP-seq of Acs2 from Acs2-FLAG cells with anti-FLAG antibody. As a control, the untagged BY4741 was used as a control. Acs2 can bind a significant amount of genes. Moreover, we also found Acs2 can bind subtelomere regions.本研究以抗FLAG抗体对携带Acs2-FLAG标签的细胞中的Acs2蛋白进行染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）。本研究以未携带标签的BY4741作为对照。实验结果显示，Acs2可结合大量基因；此外，本研究还发现Acs2能够结合亚端粒区域。
