Extended-LESO-BTH-O3&NO2-HOURLY/DAILY/MONTHLY/YEARLY

The Extended LESO dataset provides gap-free, high-resolution surface ozone (O₃) and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) concentrations over the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei (BTH) region at 0.01° spatial resolution for 2019–2024. The dataset is generated using an enhanced two-stage LESO framework in which missing TROPOMI satellite column observations are first reconstructed through a LightGBM-based gap-filling module, followed by surface concentration estimation using a Deep Forest model integrating satellite, meteorological, and ground-based information. NO₂ concentrations are provided at hourly, daily, monthly, and annual scales. For O₃, 8-hour average fields are included, from which daily MDA8, monthly means, and annual means are derived. The dataset offers spatially continuous, temporally consistent air quality information suitable for urban pollution analysis, long-term trend assessment, and regional photochemical studies.
