Metatranscriptomic screening of Endemic mosquito population in Perth, Western Australia

Raw RNA-seq data on sex endemic mosquito species collected in Perth, Western Australia.A total of 12 samples were analysed.Each sample is a pool of 4-30 mosquitoes sorted according to species, locations, and date.There are two samples for each of the species investigated, which include: Aedes camptorhynchus, Aedes notoscritpus, Aedes vigilax, Coquillettidia species near linealis, Culex annulirostris and Culex quinquefasciatus.
