This deposition contains Metabolon-delivered processed untargeted metabolomics data tables and sample metadata for chicken plasma, ileum digest, and brain samples from the MENS and SUSINCHAIN projects. The workbooks include metabolite annotations, sample metadata, peak-area data, batch-normalized data, imputed data, log-transformed data, and statistical output tables where included by Metabolon. Vendor-native raw mass-spectrometry files are not included
