Study to test the phenotypic effects of transplanting different microbiomes including from laboratory Black Soldier Fly larvae and wild Exaireta spinigera larvae into axenic Black Soldier Fly larvae. Bacterial communities of Black Soldier Fly larval guts, frass and inoculated diet samples were characterized with full length 16S rRNA gene sequencing (PacBio).
