The dataset contains raw sequencing files from NICD ChIP-seq experiments.Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) data were generated from MTECs at ALI 6 subjected to Luciferase knockdown (Luc-KD, control) and Cav1 knockdown (Cav1-KD). ChIP was performed using an antibody against NICD (Notch intracellular domain), and corresponding input control samples are included. Specifically, Input 1 (in1) corresponds to the Luc-KD condition and Input 2 (in2) corresponds to the Cav1-KD condition. Likewise, IP1A represents NICD immunoprecipitation from Luc-KD sample, and IP2A represents NICD immunoprecipitation from Cav1-KD sample.
