Drosophila pseudoobscura bogotana genome sequencing

This project used whole genome sequence data from Drosophila pseudoobscura bogotana to investigate measures of genetic diversity within species/subspecies and measures of divergence compared to related species/subspecies. This sequencing project was part of a larger effort to understand the role of chromosomal inversions in shaping genetic exchange between Drosophila species.
