资源简介:
The complete 16,762bp mitochondrial genome of Phortica variegata was determined and it contained 13 typical protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes and one control region (D-loop) , which were identical to other Diptera flies reported before (Wang et al. 2019; Li et al. 2020; Zhang et al. 2020) . All the 13 PCGs used typical ATN start codons, of which the most common start codon are ATG (cox2, atp6, cox3, nad4 and cob) and ATT (nad2, nad3, nad4l, nad5, atp8), and the remaining were ATA. All tRNAs could be folded into the typical clover-leaf structure, except trnS (AGN) lacked a dihydrouridine (DHU) arm. The base composition of whole mitochondrial genome was 28.46% A , 21.89% T , 23.89% C and 25.37% G in the heavy strand, with approximately equal A+T (50.35%) to G+C (49.26%). And the non-coding region (D-loop) occurred different situation in which the (G+C) % was 12.89%.
