Directed-evolution of DENV2 prM cleavage site in Vero and C6/36 cells

A saturation mutagenesis library was created at the DENV2 prM furin cleavage site sequence, and reverse genetics used to create a viral library. The parental viral library was passaged three times in either Vero 81 (African Green Monkey) or C6/36 (Aedes albopictus) cells.
