Soil microbiomes and arsenic-transforming microorganisms

This study was conducted to reveal soil microbiomes through 16S rRNA gene analysis, diversity of arsenic-transforming microorganisms through arsenic functional genes analysis, and detection of potential arsenic transformation pathways through metagenomic analysis in agricultural soil with low arsenic content during the dry and wet seasons in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.
