Data and reproducibility materials supporting: Yellow fever vaccination coverage and static proximity to potential healthcare supply in five Peruvian departments containing Amazonian territory, 2020–2025: a longitudinal ecological study

This record contains the derived district-year analytic dataset, data dictionary, figure-source data, frozen model outputs, main and supporting tables, journal-ready figures, R scripts for figure regeneration, Python consistency-checking code, CRS documentation and SHA-256 checksums supporting the manuscript “Yellow fever vaccination coverage and static proximity to potential healthcare supply in five Peruvian departments containing Amazonian territory, 2020–2025: a longitudinal ecological study”. The deposit includes 2,534 district-year records from 423 districts in Amazonas, Huánuco, Junín, Loreto and San Martín, Peru, covering 2020–2025. Original third-party spatial, health-facility and administrative source files are not redistributed. The deposit does not contain the original fitted GEE or R-INLA model objects; the included scripts regenerate the figures and verify numerical consistency using frozen analytical outputs rather than refitting the statistical models. Source provenance, versions, access dates and reuse conditions are documented in Supporting Information Table S1.
