Bay of Panama water quality monitoring program Dissolved Oxygen for all seven sites. The Bay of Panama is located south of Panama City. The monitoring consists of 7 sites located between 12 and 70km from Southeast of Panama City. Weekly depth profiles are collected at approximately 5-meter intervals using YSI EXO 2 & EXO 3 sondes. Measured parameters include temperature, salinity, conductivity, pH, turbidity, chlorophyll, and dissolved oxygen.
